Our aims:

To streamline some NHS processes and provide timely diagnosis of patients with head and neck cancer:

• by providing a rapid access one stop diagnostic service for lumps and bumps

• by providing a fast and reliable referral service for head and neck cases

  To help manage diagnostic dilemmas and minimise the risk of litigatiion:

• by providing a personal service by phone, email or fax for difficult cases when required. 

• by providing information on the typical clinical scenarios that lead to misdiagnosis

   To help practitioners be aware of service developments available for their patients within the Guy’s H/N service.
